4) Shipping Time (Delivery/Receipt):
Hellas
Once the availability of the products you have selected is checked, shipments are made within 1 to 4 business days from the day of your order, and will be sent by carrier.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. You can be informed by e-mail about the progress of your order.
Rarely, there may be a delay in the order, which can last from 5 to 10 working days and is due to peak periods (e.g. 10-day offers, Discounts, etc.), or to additional product control. The times and reasons are indicative regarding a possible delay of the order.
Deliveries of products on Saturday are made at an additional charge to the customer (you will be informed of the amount after a telephone call) and if requested during the order.
Cyprus
Shipments to Cyprus are sent with the Samothrakitis shipping company SBS SHIPPING LTD, with a cargo ship that departs every Saturday from Piraeus and Thessaloniki to Limassol. Payment cannot be made by cash on delivery but by bank deposit, e-banking or credit – Debit Cards. Returns are the responsibility of the customer, who at his own cost and responsibility returns the product with any company he chooses.
5) Return
a) All products purchased through the website www.epb.gr can be returned, as long as the product you received is different from the one you ordered.
Hellas
You will not incur return shipping charges for the exchange. In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or via e-mail at www.epb.gr to arrange the shipping process.
Cyprus
Returns from Cyprus:
The customer bears the transport costs for all movements of his package.
It will be carried out within 14 days of receipt at your place with the transport company that our company will indicate to you.
b) The returned products must be in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging is lost, you must use another packaging of your choice, in order to adequately protect the inner packaging.
c) The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents received by the customer upon receipt.
The new product will be sent after receiving the original product and after the company has checked that the above conditions are met. Please note that the product must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged).
d) Changes will be accepted provided that the customer informs the store within 14 days of receiving the product.
In the event that you have received the product you have ordered and the product is in good working order, the return of the product is not accepted by our company, except in exceptional cases and if there are serious reasons for returning a product, after examination of all the data of the return request from our company and if our company decides that the product should be returned, the customer, in case he has unpacked the product, is obliged to pack the product as it was originally packed and deliver it to the transport company. After receiving the product from our company, the product is checked and if it is found in its original condition, exactly as it was before it was sent to the customer, it credits the customer’s bank account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The amount of money returned in this case to the customer’s account is the value of the product reduced by the amount of money paid by our company in transport costs for the transfer of the returned product from the customer’s headquarters to our company’s headquarters.
In the event that the returned product is not found in its original condition, exactly as it was before it was sent to the customer, the damages caused by the customer will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount.
7) Wrong shipment
