After you complete your order, you are automatically sent an e-mail which includes the shipping address, your payment, the products ordered and the total amount.
If you want to cancel your order, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of order entry.

Your name ,address and phone number must be written on the deposit slip by the bank clerk.
Then for faster shipment of products you can do one of the following:
- Call us at our company to inform us of your deposit.
- Scan or take a picture of the deposit slip and send it by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Paying the courier company at the time the product is delivered, for amounts less thann 500 euros.

The products are shipped with a transport company throughout Greece and abroad. For shipping abroad, please contact us before completing your order. Your order is received from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the delivery area and the availability of the product.
Upon receipt of the product from the transport company, the buyer should carefully check the product for any damage caused during transport, after first unpacking it. In the event that he finds any damage, he must NOT receive the product, he must NOT sign for its receipt on the bill of lading form and he must NOT pay the bill of lading.
He then contacts the transport company, to solve the problem, so that he is compensated for the damage caused, as in this case the responsibility and the financial burden for the restoration of the damage is exclusively attributable to the transport company, according to the Law no. 3887/2010, (Official Gazette 174/A/30-9-2010), Article 13.
Please note that in the event that the buyer collects the product from the transport company, signs the bill of lading form for receipt and pays the bill of lading and subsequently discovers any damage, the buyer is solely responsible for any damage.
Our products are packed in reinforced cartons or airplast, depending on the type of product, for protection against shocks during transport.
Our electric bicycles are sold fully assembled, ready for use immediately upon receipt and are also meticulously inspected by our technicians on test routes, so that we can ensure the full functionality of the bike as soon as you receive it.
Online Shopping Security
By purchasing from our online store you can feel absolute confidence in the security of your transactions. During online shopping and while entering your personal information, such as name, address, credit card number, they are automatically encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, with 128bit encryption, the strongest available. Then, when you send your data over the Internet, it cannot be read or modified by third parties when it is transferred. In this way we achieve maximum security of all your online purchases.
You place your order only after you click the “Confirm Order” button, otherwise your order is void and remains in your “Shopping Cart” until you confirm or remove it.
From the moment you place your order online through our website, you have 24 hours to cancel your order, by calling our company directly on the following telephone numbers: 28210 49 722 or 697 205 3010 provided that NO the products have been shipped from our store.
You can only return a product if you received a different product than the one you ordered. In this case, you must return the wrong product within 7 (seven) days to our company, after first informing us by phone or at email@example.com and together with the product return the original purchase receipt or invoice. When the wrong product is received by our company, check if it is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to the customer and then send the correct product to the customer.
If the product you received is defective and after it has been determined which part is defective and the defect is due to a factory failure and the terms of the warranty are met, we will send you a new part – spare part, free of charge, to remedy the defect.
Exceptionally and if there are serious reasons for the return of a product, after examination of all the data of the return request by our company and if our company determines that the product should be returned, the customer in the event that has unpacked the product, he is obliged to pack the product as it was originally packed and deliver it to the transport company. After receiving the product from our company, the product is checked and if it is found in its original condition, exactly as it was before it was sent to the customer, it credits the customer’s bank account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The amount of money returned in this case to the customer’s account is the value of the product reduced by the amount of money paid by our company in transport costs for the transfer of the returned product from the customer’s address to our company’s headquarters.
In the event that the returned product is not found in its original condition, exactly as it was before it was sent to the customer, the damages caused by the customer will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount.
