After you complete your order, you are automatically sent an e-mail which includes the shipping address, your payment, the products ordered and the total amount.
If you want to cancel your order, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of order entry.
1. By bank transfer
Your name ,address and phone number must be written on the deposit slip by the bank clerk.
Then for faster shipment of products you can do one of the following:
- Call us at our company to inform us of your deposit.
- Scan or take a picture of the deposit slip and send it by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Receiving the Product
Upon receipt of the product ordered by the buyer from the shipping company, please check the product carefully for any damage caused during transport after unpacking. If he discovers any wear and tear, he DOES NOT accept the product and NOT sign it for delivery on the bill of lading, nor does he pay the bill of lading.
He then calls our company’s phones and informs us to solve the problem.
Please note that if the buyer receives the product from the shipping company and signs on the bill of lading for its receipt and discovers any damage afterwards, responsibility for any damage is borne solely by the buyer.
3. By credit card VISA or MASTERCARD
For security reasons and only on your first order by credit card you will need to send us a photocopy of your identity card to e-mail: email@example.com.
For an invoice for companies or freelancers please insert Company name, profession and address, tax office and business registration number and phone number.
The products are shipped with a transport company throughout Greece and abroad. For shipping abroad, please contact us before completing your order. Your order is received from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the delivery area and the availability of the product.
Upon receipt of the product from the transport company, the buyer should carefully inspect the product for any damage caused during transport, after first unpacking it. In case he finds any damage he should NOT pick up the product, he should NOT sign, for its receipt in the form of the bill of lading and he should NOT pay for the bill of lading. He then calls our company phones and informs us about it, in order to solve the problem, as in this case the responsibility and the financial burden for the restoration of the damage is exclusively attributable to the transport company. Please note that in case the buyer receives the product from the transport company, signs the form of the bill of lading for its receipt and pays the bill of lading and afterwards finds any damage, the responsibility for any damage lies solely with the buyer.
Our products are packed in reinforced cartons or airplast, depending on the type of product, for protection against shocks during transport.
Our electric bicycles are sold fully assembled, ready for use immediately upon receipt and are also meticulously inspected by our technicians on test routes, so that we can ensure the full functionality of the bike as soon as you receive it.

By purchasing from our online store you can feel absolute confidence in the security of your transactions.
