The wrong product sent – a different model than the one you ordered, will only be replaced with the product model you originally ordered.
In the event that you received a defective product and it is determined that the defect was not caused in transit, then the product is repaired in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

* Please note that the shipping costs of the return are charged by our company only in case you have received a different product model than the one you ordered due to the fault of our company. In all other cases, the transport costs for the return of the product are borne by the buyer.
You can only return a product if you received a different product than the one you ordered. In this case, you must return the wrong product within 7 (seven) days to our company, after first informing us by phone or at email@example.com and together with the product return the original purchase receipt or invoice. When the wrong product is received by our company, check if it is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to the customer and then send the correct product to the customer.
If the product you received is defective and after it has been determined which part is defective and the defect is due to a factory failure and the terms of the warranty are met, we will send you a new part – spare part, free of charge, to remedy the defect.
In the event that you have received the product you have ordered and the product is in good working order, our company does not accept the return of the product, except in exceptional cases and if there are serious reasons for the return of a product, after examination of all the data of the return request by our company and if our company determines that the product should be returned, the customer in the event that has unpacked the product, he is obliged to pack the product as it was originally packed and deliver it to the transport company. After receiving the product from our company, the product is checked and if it is found in its original condition, exactly as it was before it was sent to the customer, it credits the customer’s bank account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The amount of money returned in this case to the customer’s account is the value of the product reduced by the amount of money paid by our company in transport costs for the transfer of the returned product from the customer’s address to our company’s headquarters.
In the event that the returned product is not found in its original condition, exactly as it was before it was sent to the customer, the damages caused by the customer will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount.
