F.A.Q.

Due to the great interest shown in the use of our electric bicycles, our customers have from time to time posed many questions which we present to you briefly here:

Do your electric bicycles help me to move uphill roads?

Of course they do.
This is essentially one of the most important benefits of our electric bikes.
The very powerful electric motor helps you to go uphill with long calls having the feeling that you are riding straight!
In addition, the possibility of choosing between 6 or 7 mechanical gears of the transmission makes the ascents even easier.

How do your electric bikes work – are they used?

You can use our electric bicycles in the following ways:

As you pedal you have the help of the electric motor (which you choose when you turn it on or have it constantly on). The very powerful electric motor gives you the required boost, so you can go uphill without fatigue, effort and without sweating.
Without pedaling. Only the “gas accelerator” is used to move the bike. In both ways.
As a regular bike.

What guarantee do I have when buying electric bicycles from your company?

All our ELECTRIC POWER BIKES electric bikes are covered by a 12-month warranty, which covers the battery, the electric motor, and the controller.

Are there any spare parts in case of failure?

How many kilometers can I travel with each battery charge?

The maximum distance you can travel with each battery charge is up to 40-50 kilometers on average.
This distance always depends on the degree of assistance of the electric motor, the morphology of the ground, the weather conditions and the weight of the cyclist.

How can I charge the battery?

All our electric bicycles are accompanied by a suitable electric charger.
Plug one end of the charger into the dedicated battery socket and then the other end into any 220 Volt socket (be careful to follow this connection sequence).
When the battery is fully charged, the charger automatically stops charging the battery and lights up a green light to indicate that charging is complete.
The battery can be charged either when the battery is mounted on a bicycle or by removing it and charging it at home or in the office.

How long does it take for each charge?

When the battery is fully discharged it takes 6-8 hours for lead batteries and 3-4 hours for lithium ion batteries. In some discharges these times are reduced by half or less.

What is the battery life?

With proper use and charging of the battery the life of the lead battery can exceed 2 years or more than 500 recharges and the lithium ion battery can exceed 3 years or more than 800 recharges.

How can I extend battery life?

By charging the battery after each use, whatever the distance you have traveled.
Also do not leave the battery discharged for long periods of time. When you are going to store the lead battery fully charge it, keep it in a dry and shady environment and recharge it once a month.

For lithium batteries before storage for more than 20 days, the battery charge level should be around 50% and every 20 days to be charged for 10-15 minutes.

Do I need to pay road tax and insurance and do I need a driver’s license and driver’s license to use an electric bike?

By law, owners of electric bicycles do not pay road tax and insurance and do not require a registration and driving license.

Do I have to wear a helmet when using the electric bike?

The helmet is not required by law, but its use certainly provides you with greater safety.
